Complimentary, fully insured shipping is included with every acquisition within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). At this time, the studio does not fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Studio Preparation & Dispatch
Please allow 10–14 business days following payment for packing and dispatch. Because each work is a one-of-one structural artwork, every piece is custom-crated and packed by the studio to ensure structural integrity during transit. Tracking details will be shared the moment the package leaves the studio.
Delivery Address & Transit
Clients are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout. Structural Canvas is not liable for carrier delays, severe weather disruptions, or incorrect address entries outside studio control.
Arrival & Inspection
Please inspect the packaging and artwork upon arrival. In the rare event of transit damage, notify Structural Canvas within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs documenting both the exterior packaging and the artwork so an insurance claim can be initiated immediately.
