ATTENTIVENESS MEETS FORM.

An evolving ecosystem shaped through material, movement, memory, place, and correspondence.

I pay attention to what catches: a worn surface, an overlooked object, a line in a book, a song heard differently, or a memory returning unexpectedly. I listen, gather, arrange, and follow what asks for a closer look.

Any given surface is open for renewal and reinvestigation. By repurposing materials, new adaptations emerge, freeing the past and asserting itself in the present.

The materials do not simply carry your interpretation;
they actively shape where the interpretation can go.

>> Structural Canvas is a living ecosystem where curiosity moves through materials, memory, place, and making.

Interpretation meets curiosity through movement.

STRUCTURAL CANVAS.

ON_APPROACH.

I spend less time asking what something should become and more time attending to what is already present. The work begins through sustained attention.

Listening becomes more important than expression. Observation becomes more important than certainty

On_Process.

Support is discovered through that attention: one material holding another, one idea making room for the next, one branch carrying the practice while another rests.

Rather than imposing meaning onto a surface, I negotiate with it.

On_Materials.

Found, recovered, reclaimed, salvaged, or otherwise overlooked.

I am drawn to materials that carry evidence of having lived before: wear, memory, previous use, a mark left behind.

They do more than support the work. They interrupt, resist, redirect, and reveal. I listen for what each material can hold and allow the relationship to find its form.

0n_CORRESPONDENCE.

Each artifact, dispatch, inscription, or spatial encounter is evidence of an exchange.

The work is the relationship.
The object is what remains.
