REFUND POLICY

All sales are final due to the one-of-one nature of Structural Canvas artworks and structural artifacts.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, color variation between screen and physical artwork, or minor surface irregularities that are part of the artwork’s reclaimed and handmade nature.

If an order needs to be canceled, please contact Structural Canvas as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may be considered only before the artwork has been packed or shipped. Once packing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.

In the rare event that the work arrives damaged, the buyer must contact Structural Canvas within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both packaging and artwork so a claim or resolution can be assessed.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved. Structural Canvas may require photographs, carrier documentation, or return of the artwork in order to assess the situation.

Any approved resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
